Operations Director & Consultant
Tracey is Operations Director and Consultant.
She grew up in Kent and developed a keen interest in travel and languages, initially studying French and German and then in the 1990s studying Spanish. She went on to attain a post-graduate certificate in Management and qualified to teach and train adults.
She started her career in the Marketing Department at Leeds Castle in Kent, and then helped to organise residential conferences for high profile companies in the Castle. Since then she has worked in a variety of industries, including marketing, advertising and PR, surveying, architectural, medical and insurance.
She specialises in implementing software systems, refining processes and delivering training to support these. She also has a passion for training needs analysis, course design and delivery, and evaluation of programme success. Since 2007 she has worked as a consultant and project manager, implementing and working with accounting and project management systems in Kent, London, Ireland and Cyprus. Including; Paprika software, PROJECTminder (V1 Project Accounting), Exchequer, Xero, FreeAgent and Wave. For the last eighteen months of her employment with Paprika Software she was their Internal Product Training Manager, responsible for designing and delivering training programmes to new starters and existing Paprika Software staff.
